The "Comprehensive Credit Report" includes
I. Individual basic information: Including ID card no. , Chinese name, English name, date of birth, address of registered residence, contact address, residence and mobile phones.
II. Credit information:
(1)【LOAN INFORMATION】Credit line and loan outstanding
balance with financial institutions, including credit line, loan
outstanding balance, loan category and late payment within
the last 12 months.
(2)【OVERDUE LOAN, DEBT COLLECTION, OR BAD DEBT
INFORMATION】Overdue loan and debt collection in the
past three years, and bad debt in the past five years.
(3)【DEBT TRANSFER INFORMATION】Debt transferred to
an asset management company or a third party in the last
five years.
(4)【LOAN GUARANTEE INFORMATION】Loan guarantee
information reported, including guarantor type, principal
debtor, financial institution, current outstanding and overdue
amount.
(5)【CO-DEBT, SECONDARY DEBT, OR OTHER DEBT
TRANSFER INFORMATION】Debt transferred by the
original creditor bank to an asset management company or
a third party in the last five years.
(6)【CREDIT CARD INFORMATION】Record of credit cards
for the past five years, including financial institution, card
type, credit limit, issue date, date of suspense, and card
status.
(7)【CREDIT CARD PAYMENT INFORMATION】Credit card
payments for the last twelve months, including bill date,
financial institution, card type, credit limit, revolving credit
and cash advance.
III. Check credit:
(1)【DISHONORED CHECK INFORMATION】Dishonored
check records (of amounts over NT$500,000) on individual
or business account due to insufficient funds.
(2)【REFUSED ACCOUNT INFORMATION】Refused account
information on individual or business account due to
insufficient funds.
IV. Inquiry records:
(1)【RECORD OF INQUIRIES】Record of inquiries made by
financial institutions for the past three months. (Excluding
this inquiry)
(2)【RECORD OF INQUIRIES BY THE SUBJECT OF THE
REPORT】Inquiry record made by the subject of the
report for the past three months. (Excluding this inquiry)
V. ADDITIONAL RECORD OF INQURIES: ANNOTATIONS FILED AS REQUESTED BY THE SUBJECT OF THE REPORT OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
