So that the public can apply for credit reports conveniently, JCIC has cooperated with post offices for collections of credit report and debtors listing applications at all savings & remittances windows. Now this convenient service extends to foreign nationals with valid UI Number, and English version of credit report can also be applied. Applicants will receive credit report around 3 business days.
In addition, no fee is required for applicants that meet any one of the following applicable preferential status:
□Persons with disabilities □Unemployed persons □ Low-income individuals □ Seniors aged 65 and above □ Indigenous persons aged 55 and above □ Persons meeting the conditions under the Act for Assistance to Families in Special Circumstances □ Persons with major illnesses, □ Victims of major natural disasters
